AI Readiness Assessment
Onsite and hybrid baseline of data, process, talent, and governance.
Dhaka · Primary office
Arcloops’ primary office is in Dhaka. We work onsite with capital-city headquarters — banks, conglomerates, RMG groups, telecom, and NGOs — on readiness, strategy, training, and solutions that survive real operational load.
Dhaka concentrates Bangladesh’s enterprise decision-making. Group CTOs, CHROs, and CFOs sit in Gulshan, Banani, Motijheel, and similar corridors. Vendor demos, board packs, and pilot budgets also concentrate here. That density creates opportunity and noise at the same time: every week brings another AI pitch, while internal teams still struggle to get clean master data, stable integrations, and managers who will change how work is approved. Capital-city buying cycles are fast when a sponsor is clear — and slow when ownership is split across group IT, a subsidiary digital team, and a functional head who was never briefed.
City-level consulting has to be practical. Leaders in Dhaka do not need another generic “AI transformation roadmap.” They need someone who can run a workshop onsite, walk a process with the people who own it, and write recommendations that survive the next steering committee. They need clarity on what to stop — shadow ChatGPT use in regulated functions, duplicate pilots across subsidiaries, tool purchases that never integrate — as much as what to start. The useful deliverable is a sequenced set of funded workflows with owners, data prerequisites, and an exit path if a vendor fails.
Dhaka’s operating reality includes bilingual teams, layered approval chains, and IT landscapes that span group ERP, department SaaS, and spreadsheet control towers. AI that only works in a sandboxed English demo fails when a merchandiser, branch officer, or HR coordinator has to use it under time pressure. Corporate AI training in Dhaka therefore cannot be a one-day awareness talk. It has to be role-based, tied to the workflows you intend to change, and measured by whether people actually use the system after the consultant leaves. Enablement without process redesign is entertainment; process redesign without enablement is shelfware.
Proximity matters for follow-through. Arcloops is based here. We can schedule discovery sessions without waiting on international travel, bring technical and advisory leads into the same room, and stay through enablement — not only the strategy slide. When work spans factories outside Dhaka or entities in Chittagong and beyond, we still anchor delivery from the capital office and travel as the engagement requires. That model is different from a fly-in regional partner who disappears between workshops.
Security and access realities in Dhaka HQs also shape delivery. Workshops need cleared rooms, named stakeholders, and sample data that legal will allow. Assessments that ignore those gates produce pretty findings nobody can act on. We plan access early — systems, documents, and people — so the calendar is real.
We are direct about scope. Dhaka is our primary presence. Imdad’s advisory and training work in this city includes rooms at Grameenphone, SMC, Sajida Foundation, and LGED; delivery programmes have also included Krayons and industrial groups such as Beximco, Evince, BESTSELLER Bangladesh, and Asiatic. Swajan leads technical architecture from the same office. Dubai support is available on request for Gulf-facing work; we do not claim a street-level office network we do not operate. For Dhaka buyers, the offer is simple: enterprise AI advisory and delivery from a team that already works in this market’s constraints — readiness assessment, strategy, training, and solutions such as Approvals and finance or HR AI when the pain is daily and measurable. If a use case is not ready, we say so before you fund another pilot.
We maintain a presence in this market and can engage onsite or hybrid as the work requires.
Headquarters teams that own AI budgets and operating outcomes. We engage sponsors who can put process owners in the room and who accept that readiness comes before tooling theatre. Typical buyers are group digital offices, bank transformation leads, RMG group leadership, and CHRO/CFO sponsors inside Dhaka HQs. If you only want a remote slide deck with no onsite discovery, we are the wrong firm.
